Questa Tierra – Central Phoenix Condo Remodel

The owners wanted a complete remodel of this older condominium in central Phoenix to make it modern, efficient and wheelchair accessible for their elderly parents. Special aspects of this project included the levelling of a sunken family room, wheelchair accessible bathrooms and shower, as well as heated floors.

Kudos go out to a couple of notable subcontractors on this project. Beautiful custom cabinetry was provided by Servant Finishes and the custom glass walls, doors and windows were from Sierra Pacific Windows.

Construction for the project took about four months from start to finish. The result is a beautiful, luxurious and modern condominium that is efficient and wheel-chair accessible throughout.
