Our History

It is important to know that the general contractor that you select for your commercial project has a strong foundation and a history of success. True Performance was started in 2001 and has an extensive portfolio of projects and satisfied clients – many who have engaged us for multiple projects. And prior to founding our company, Steve Watson developed an impressive career in this industry for decades as a partner and key manager for several significant national general contractors. It’s this foundation that gives the company such strength, and it’s this experience that affords us the ability to effectively manage your project.
