True Performance is proud to announce the promotion of Ashley Dishon to Vice President! Ashley has been a part of our team for the last 15 years. Over the course of time, she’s taken on several roles and responsibilities.

Ashley’s favorite part about True Performance is getting to work alongside hardworking and family-oriented people who love what they do.

When asked what makes True Performance stand out, Ashley shared, “We go above and beyond and we care about our clients. We want them to be happy and walk into their space, whether it’s residential or commercial, and feel great about it. It’s important for us to give our clients a great experience. We view them as lifelong partners and are there for them even after the project is finished.”

We have no doubt Ashley will continue to achieve great things at True Performance, and we are excited to see all that she accomplishes as Vice President!
